Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glyceryl stearate citrate, glycerin, caprylic/ capric triglyceride, glyceryl stearate SE, coconut alkanes, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, beheneth-25, oryza sativa (rice) bran oil, benzyl alcohol, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, sodium benzoate, coco-caprylate/ caprate, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, xanthan gum, tocopherol, dehydroacetic acid, linalool, sodium hydroxide, avena sativa (oat) kernel extract, calendula officinalis flower extract, potassium sorbate, limonene, geraniol.

Directions:
| Gently massage 5ml (4 pumps) of the lotion onto clean, dry skin up to 30 minutes before sleep. 5ml of the magnesium lotion delivers 150mg (43% NRV) magnesium.
After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Suitable for use all over the body.
