The Hopsack: Barefoot Beekeeper Drimnagh Cut Comb Honey

Located just around the corner in Dublin 12, these hives sit within a pesticide-free wilderness, allowing the bees to forage freely on a diverse range of tree blossoms and wildflowers. This rich variety of pollen and nectar gives the honey its complex, ever-changing flavor profile, reflecting the local landscape in every bite.

Each piece of cut comb is hand-sliced straight from the hive, preserving the natural structure created by the bees. Completely unprocessed and unfiltered, the honey retains all of its natural enzymes, pollen, and delicate aromas. The soft, edible beeswax adds a unique texture, making it perfect for spreading over warm toast, pairing with cheese, or enjoying straight from the comb.

Produced in small batches with a strong focus on ethical and sustainable beekeeping, Barefoot Beekeeper Drimnagh Cut Comb Honey offers a rare opportunity to taste honey at its purest — directly from a local Dublin garden to your table.
